Illegal Directed Energy Attacks in the 21st Century
American and Canadian Diplomats to Cuba and American Diplomats to China
Most Illegally Targeted People report many of the same unusual medical symptoms and problems as the United States and Canadian diplomats to Cuba and China who have been in the news over the past few years. In 2016, diplomats from the United States Embassy in Cuba began reporting strange auditory and sensory experiences that affected their hearing, balance, sight and/or cognition. A team of medical researchers from University of Pennsylvania studying the neurological symptoms of 21 of the diplomats reported preliminary finding in early 2018. They found that the diplomats had "persistent cognitive, vestibular, and oculomotor dysfunction, as well as sleep impairment and headaches" and that they "appeared to have sustained injury to widespread brain networks without an associated history of head trauma [emphasis added]" although at the time they had reported "directional audible and/or sensory phenomena of unclear origin."They were sufficiently incapacitated that they required rehabilitation and some were unable to work. They study was published in JAMA and is attached here.

Canadian diplomats to Cuba also suffered similar attacks. In 2018, United States diplomats to China were added to the list of victims of the mysterious attacks.
The US government called these assaults "health attacks." The cause of the attacks is unknown, although over the past two years a variety of causal explanations have been proposed, including sonic attacks, mass hysteria, and exposure to the sound of crickets. The explanations that have gathered the most traction involve exposure to electromagnetic energy or attacks from electromagnetic, or directed energy, weapons. The specific type of energy suggested is microwave.
In the summer of 2018, Dr. Beatrice Golomb from University of Southern California published research showing that many of the symptoms experienced by the diplomats to Cuba coincided with symptoms experienced by people exposed to pulsed radiofrequency/microwave radiation.
